MBA Academy
Platform Overview
MBA Academy is an online professional
education platform that provides specialized training and professional
development programs through digital learning technologies. The platform is
designed to support individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs in developing
practical, leadership, and professional skills aligned with the evolving needs
of the modern workforce.
MBA Academy is not a university, not an academic higher
education institution,
and does not grant academic
university degrees.
Nature of the Programs
All programs offered through MBA Academy are professional training and
development programs designed according to
applied and practice-oriented learning methodologies.
Programs are delivered entirely online through distance learning and typically range
between three (3) to four (4)
months in duration.
The programs focus on:
Practical skill development
Professional competency building
Applied knowledge and real-world learning
These programs do not constitute traditional academic education programs.
Certificate Awarding
Institution
Upon successful completion of a program,
participants receive a certificate issued by an independent third-party awarding institution, Birmingham Business
College.
Birmingham Business College is a private distance learning
institution registered in the United Kingdom and listed in the UK Register of Learning
Providers (UKRLP).
It
operates under the applicable legal framework governing professional education
and distance learning in the United Kingdom.
MBA Academy acts exclusively as the educational delivery and
organizational platform and is not the certificate-awarding institution.
Type and Status of
Certificates
Certificates awarded upon completion of
programs represent professional
qualifications reflecting advanced applied knowledge and professional expertise.
Available certificates may include:
Professional Diploma
Professional Master's
Professional Doctorate
These qualifications are professional and non-academic certifications intended for professional development
and applied learning purposes.
They are not academic
university degrees,
and
therefore:
They do not qualify as
academic postgraduate degrees.
They may not be recognized as
equivalent to academic degrees by ministries of higher
education or governmental academic authorities in any country.
They are not automatically
eligible for academic accreditation or equivalency, unless recognized independently by a competent authority.
The value of these certificates lies in the professional knowledge
delivered, the awarding institution, and the practical competencies gained
during the program.
Learning System and
Assessment
Programs are delivered through pre-recorded lectures
available on the platform,
allowing
participants to study at their own pace.
The programs may include:
Online assessments
Assignments and practical tasks
Progress evaluations
The learning format is fully flexible and entirely online, and does not require physical
attendance or live sessions,
unless
otherwise announced.
Fees and Payment Policy
Program fees represent the total cost of
participation in the training program.
Once payment is completed, participants will
receive access to the program
learning materials and platform resources.
All program fees are final and non-refundable. Participants are not entitled to
withdraw from the program or request a refund after payment has been completed, under any circumstances.
Certificate Issuance
Certificates will be issued and authenticated within a maximum period
of thirty (30) working days following full payment of the
program fees and completion of the
required procedures.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal
information required for certificate
preparation and verification by the awarding institution.
MBA Academy shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or
incorrect information submitted by participants.
Graduation Ceremony
Participation in a graduation ceremony is optional and may be organized periodically for participants who wish to
attend.
Participation may require additional fees,
which
will be announced separately.
Program fees do not include graduation ceremony participation, and attendance is not required to receive the certificate.
Certificate Delivery
Program fees include:
Certificate issuance
Certificate authentication
International shipping via approved courier
services
Certificates will be shipped to the address provided by the
participant.
MBA Academy is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies,
customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its control.
Use of Certificates and
Limitation of Liability
Participants are solely responsible for how they choose to use
the certificate for professional purposes.
MBA Academy and the awarding institution do not guarantee
employment opportunities, promotions, or formal accreditation of the
certificate.
MBA Academy shall not be held liable for any professional, academic, or
personal decisions made by participants based on the certificate obtained.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration and payment process, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
in full.
This confirmation constitutes a legally binding
electronic agreement between the participant
and MBA Academy.
