The Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration aims to provide participants with comprehensive academic and practical qualification in the field of commercial dispute resolution through arbitration, in accordance with the latest international standards and practices. The program focuses on equipping learners with a deep understanding of arbitration concepts, arbitration agreements, the formation of arbitral tribunals, arbitral proceedings, the issuance and enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as an overview of international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.

يهدف برنامج دبلوم التحكيم التجاري الدولي إلى تأهيل المشاركين تأهيلاً علميًا وعمليًا متكاملًا في مجال تسوية المنازعات التجارية عن طريق التحكيم، وفقًا لأحدث المعايير والممارسات الدولية. يركّز البرنامج على إكساب الدارسين فهمًا عميقًا لمفهوم التحكيم، واتفاق التحكيم، وتشكيل هيئة التحكيم، وإجراءات الخصومة التحكيمية، وإصدار حكم التحكيم وتنفيذه، مع إطلالة على التحكيم التجاري الدولي والتحكيم الاستثماري.
